Starting eight weeks prior to your wedding weekend, our lead planner will provide logistics planning and communication support including two Production Timeline review Zoom sessions. This includes the following passive support starting upon hiring WedWell: a shared Google Drive folder, vendor recommendations, planning templates, silent vendor oversight, and Q+A email support.
2 / Vendor Confirmations
Our lead planner works with your vendor team to complete the venue requirements and finalize the logistical elements of their efforts.
3 / Event Blueprints
Our lead planner works with you to craft your comprehensive production timeline and digital floor plans. This includes creating an inclement weather back-up plan and detailing the personalizations and design elements you've chosen.
4 / Onsite Coordination
Our lead planner is onsite for the wedding day, facilitating communication between the couple and vendors. This includes managing the setup, ceremony, and ensuring all protocol matters like toasts and dances run smoothly.
In addition to the lead planner, you'll be supported by a team of up to two day-of coordination assistants.
