Our lead planner will provide ongoing planning and communication support including regular Zoom sessions, email and text support, and a shared Google Drive folder. This includes templates, vendor recommendations, and interview guides to keep the process structured. Your lead planner will every detail and design element helping you craft a wedding that is truly yours.
2 / Vendor Management
Our lead planner provides vendor research, contract reviews, ongoing collaboration, and coordination for venue requirements. This includes tracking payments, projected spends, participation during vendor calls and confirming all vendors prior to the wedding weekend.
3 / Design + Logistics
Our lead planner works with you to craft the visual and vibe design, the digital floor plans, and personalizations that bring everything together. This includes creating an inclement weather back-up plan and a comprehensive production timeline for the entire weekend.
4 / Onsite Coordination
Our lead planner is onsite for the wedding day, facilitating communication between the couple and vendors. This includes managing the setup, ceremony, and ensuring all protocol matters like toasts and dances run smoothly.
In addition to the lead planner, you'll be supported by a team of up to two day-of coordination assistants.
