Since opening our doors in 2014, we’ve had the pleasure of producing over 65 weddings that span the spectrum of aesthetics, traditions, budgets, and scale. Whether we’re orchestrating an intimate gathering or a complex, multi-day affair, our goal is to respect the unique vision of the couples we serve. It’s been a privilege to be a small part of their diverse and compelling stories.

WedWell’s home base is on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, though our reach extends wherever a compelling narrative takes us. Locally, we’ve spent the last decade navigating the logistics and creative direction of weddings throughout New York City, the Hudson Valley, the Catskills, and broader NY-NJ-CT area. Ever-adaptable, we’ve had the pleasure of crafting weddings in destinations from the South of France and Puerto Rico to the distinct landscapes of New Orleans, Half Moon Bay, Sonoma, and Jackson Hole. Whether we’re composing a weekend in a Catskills meadow or a museum in the Big Easy, our goal remains the same: a perfectly calibrated experience.

We are very intentional about our calendar. We curate about 12-15 weddings annually, which averages out to two per a month during the wedding seasons. Most importantly... We maintain a strict one-wedding-per-weekend rule. Ensuring a refined experience requires our full mental real estate. We refuse to be the planning team that is checking their watches or mentally prepping for tomorrow’s ceremony while we’re in the middle of yours. You get our full attention. This ensures that even if the logistics get a bit 'creative'—or the weather decides to provide an unscripted plot twist—we are entirely present so we can really stick the landing.

While we embrace the efficiency of new tech, we’re acutely aware of its limits; a celebration as deeply personal as a wedding requires a level of human nuance that an algorithm simply hasn't mastered. We primarily use AI to help illustrate the 'unseen.' Often, it’s difficult to visualize how a specific floral installation will interact with a venue’s architecture or how a particular linen choice might transform a room. With the right compositional prompts, we can generate renderings that bridge the gap between a conceptual mood board and the final physical reality. It’s a way to pluck the vision from our collective minds and place it on the screen, ensuring the design direction is perfectly calibrated before a single petal is ordered. As the landscape of design evolves, we view AI not as a ghostwriter, but as a digital sounding board, a very tireless copy editor. Given that Claire is an English teacher’s daughter, the precision of our prose is a point of pride. We use these tools as a modern-day thesaurus or a second set of eyes to catch a stray hyphen (Claire’s signature 'creative' punctuation). Ultimately, we maintain a high-touch philosophy. We use technology to sharpen the vision, but we leave the actual stewardship of your day to the humans—because you can’t automate the calm, steady presence required when the real world throws a curveball.
